I’m streamlining our field-service workflow and need a technical partner who can wire Housecall Pro into the rest of our stack. The top priority is a Zap that fires the moment an estimate changes to “Approved” and drops a fully populated Project-Initiation task into Monday.com—status, assignee, due dates, and any custom fields we agree on. Right after that trigger, the same event should send the customer our standard agreement through DocuSign, pre-filled with their job details and ready for e-signature. Once signed, the system has to loop the completed PDF back to Housecall Pro and store it where our team can easily find it. I’d also like advanced customer journey tracking via Woopra: identify users coming from Housecall Pro, capture key milestones (estimate created, approved, paid), and push those events back so we can segment and act on churn signals. Additional integrations may follow once this backbone is solid.
