Objective To migrate the listed websites from Microsoft Azure to Hosting with you , ensuring zero or minimal downtime, improved cost efficiency, security hardening, and ongoing application and infrastructure support. ________________________________________ 2. Websites in Scope The following production websites are included in this scope: 8 wordpress 1 Static App 1 Drupal + Vue.js ( with 100 hours of AMC) ________________________________________ 3. Requirements • Migration of website code, content, and configurations. • Migration of databases (if applicable). • Environment setup on new hosting (production-ready). • Validation of website functionality post-migration. • Dedicated or isolated hosting environment per website (as required). • Optimized server resources (CPU, RAM, Storage). • Support for Linux / Windows hosting based on application needs. • Scalable architecture to support traffic growth. 4. Backup & Recovery • Automated daily backups for: o Website files o Databases • Backup retention policy (e.g. 1,7 / 14 / 30 days). • Secure off-site backup storage. • On-demand backup restoration support. 5. SSL & Encryption • SSL certificate setup for all domains (HTTPS). • Auto-renewal of SSL certificates. • Enforced HTTPS redirection. • Secure encryption for data in transit. Application & Infrastructure Support Ongoing Support Scope • 100 hours support for drupal website “AMC” • 25 hours support for each website from the above • Hosting and server management. • Application uptime and availability monitoring. • Website issue troubleshooting and resolution. • Backup restoration support. • SSL and security maintenance.
