I have a set of original, hand-drawn plans for my house and I need them translated into a clean, fully dimensioned 2D DWG floor plan. Accuracy is crucial: every wall, window, door, and structural element must reflect the detailed measurements shown on the historic drawings. You’ll be working from high-resolution scans that I’ll supply. The finished file should open seamlessly in AutoCAD, with sensible layer naming (walls, openings, annotations, etc.) and dimensions that snap correctly. A companion PDF generated from the DWG would be helpful for quick viewing. When you submit your bid, please point me to past work that shows you can convert sketches or hand-drawn material into precise CAD files; seeing before-and-after examples would be ideal. No need for elaborate proposals—relevant experience wins here. Sample showing level of detail attached. Deliverable: • One editable .dwg file matching the original floor plan with detailed measurements, ready for further architectural or renovation work. 2d file is the main output, but happy to hear if you are also prepared to do a 3d or Revit model as an extra.
