This app is designed specifically for Fijians worldwide and for people who admire Fijian culture. The app will combine the most successful features of modern dating apps (swipe, match, chat, super like, subscription-based premium access) with cultural identity, location-based matching, and a safe, engaging experience for users. App Overview and Purpose: VT LOVE is intended to be a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that allows users to create profiles, set preferences, and connect with others based on location, age, interests, and relationship goals. The app’s primary purpose is to foster meaningful relationships and friendships within the Fijian community and for those who appreciate the Fijian culture. It aims to be the premier platform for Fijians worldwide to meet, interact, and form connections in a safe and culturally aligned environment. Core Features: 1. User Registration and Profiles: • Users can register via email, phone number (with OTP verification), or social login (Google / Apple). • Profile setup includes photos, bio, age, gender, relationship goals (serious, casual, friendship), faith, island/province in Fiji, interests, and location. • Optional profile fields include occupation, hobbies, and additional cultural tags. • Photo verification and age verification are required to maintain authenticity and safety. 2. Location-Based Matching: • The app must allow dual location setup: automatic GPS detection and manual selection. • Users can choose a match radius: 5km, 20km, 50km, same city, same state, same country, or worldwide. • Matching should prioritize both proximity and compatibility based on preferences and interests. 3. Swipe and Matching System: • Swipe Right = Like, Swipe Left = Pass • Super Like option (limited per day) • Matches occur when two users like each other • Users can browse profiles, filter by age, distance, gender, relationship type, and cultural tags 4.
