I need two professional tile-layout plans drawn to scale: • 60 m² of Supergres Natural Appeal Blonde 19.7 × 120 cm in a classic herringbone • 30 m² of Realonda Venato Deco Grey in a repeating hexagon pattern Each plan must show exact placement, the ideal starting line, cut locations and measured off-cuts so I can keep waste to an absolute minimum. The rooms are not empty rectangles— there are a few architectural obstacles (columns and a recessed doorway) that have to be worked around cleanly, so alignment strategies near those features are critical. I will supply detailed room dimensions, photos and obstacle positions as soon as we start. You may work in CAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or any program you prefer; just export the final drawings to PDF and, if possible, include the native file so my installer can zoom in on any spot.
