Intersection Online, Inc. is an award-winning, 5-star rated, boutique-style digital design and marketing firm. We are a small group with big talent that delivers and we’re looking for a talented designer to join our (remote) design team. Position Overview: Currently a part-time ($25-$30/hour), as needed role with anticipated expansion into a fuller capacity with potential growth opportunities within the company in the future. We are looking for a creative person to design (design only, no coding) across multiple platforms, including website design, marketing campaigns, branding, social media graphics, sales decks, presentations, logo design, and various types of printed materials. Requirements: • NO TEAMS • Must speak English fluently • Exceptional visual design skills & creativity • Responsiveness - regular working schedule • Accountability with deadlines and project milestones • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (no Figma) • Able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency • Able to design fast and work within project budgets • Work simultaneously on multiple projects • Able to work well with minimal supervision • Must be a self-starter and need minimal direction to complete projects
