A CMS isn’t strictly necessary, but if it helps with easier content updates, we’re happy to consider it. The website must be fast-loading, fully responsive, and SEO-friendly to ensure a great experience for both users and search engines. We also expect Google Analytics to be integrated for tracking purposes. All lead capture forms (like contact or demo requests) should be functional — sending notifications via email and storing submissions securely. There are a few optional features that would be great to have — please quote these separately. These include WhatsApp or Live Chat integration for real-time visitor interaction, a Blog or News section for regular content updates, and a lightweight admin backend to manage website content without needing a developer. We may also explore multi-language support, starting with English and possibly one additional regional language. Lastly, a client login button (which can simply link to an external platform) should be included for convenience. Upon completion, we expect you to deliver a fully working website hosted on our server (we’ll provide access as needed). You should also hand over all source code and assets, help with initial deployment, and provide basic documentation that helps us understand how to update content or manage small changes.
