What you’ll be responsible for: Taking an existing footprint of 3–4 active Google Maps locations and scaling it to 15–20+ locations Launching new Google Business Profiles correctly (service-area setup, verification, entity consistency) Building each location to strong, sustained call volume — not just ranking screenshots Creating a repeatable expansion playbook so new locations can be added predictably Managing review acquisition, velocity, and quality across many locations at once Monitoring and improving calls → bookings conversion coming from Maps Preventing and resolving GMB suspensions, merges, or verification issues Sequencing expansion so operations are never overwhelmed by Maps success Coordinating Maps growth with real mechanic coverage and geographic capacity
