Hiring: Google Ads Offline Conversion & Revenue Tracking Expert We are an established eCommerce business with manual + phone-based payments and are looking for a Google Ads tracking expert who has real, hands-on experience with offline conversion tracking and revenue attribution. Objective To implement a reliable, scalable system that sends actual paid revenue (manual payments, phone sales, CRM-confirmed orders) back to Google Ads so that Smart Bidding optimizes on real sales, not just leads. This is NOT a beginner role. We already have in-house developers — you will guide, architect, and validate the setup while collaborating with our dev team. ⸻ What We Already Have • Website built on Next.js / React • CRM where leads & payments are recorded • Google Ads account with active Search & PMax campaigns • DataLayer events for purchases • Google Sheet-based offline conversion uploads (current method) • Developers ready to implement your instructions ⸻ Scope of Work (What You’ll Do) You will design and oversee the correct implementation of: Click ID Tracking (Critical) • Capture and persist: • gclid • gbraid • wbraid • Ensure IDs are: • stored in cookies / localStorage • passed to CRM with every lead & call • retained until payment is confirmed Offline Conversion Tracking (Revenue-Based) • Configure Google Ads Offline Conversions (Import from clicks) • Map CRM “Paid / Closed Won” orders to: • conversion time • conversion value • currency • correct click ID • Ensure uploads are: • deduplicated • timezone-safe • within attribution window Enhanced Conversions for Leads • Implement enhanced conversions using hashed customer data: • email • phone • name (optional) • Recover attribution for: • iOS traffic • cross-device users • delayed phone sales Automation Guidance • Help us move from: • Manual Google Sheet uploads → to • Scheduled / API-based uploads (every 1–2 hours) ⸻ What You MUST Have (Do Not Apply Without This) • Proven experience with Google Ads offline conversions • Experience tracking manual / phone / CRM-based sales • Deep understanding of: • gclid / gbraid / wbraid • attribution windows • enhanced conversions • Ability to explain clearly to developers • Prior work where Google Ads was optimized on real revenue, not leads ⸻ What We Don’t Want • “GA4-only” tracking setups • Beginners or theory-only marketers • Anyone who has never implemented offline conversions before • Anyone who just “installs GTM and leaves” ⸻ How We’ll Work • You will: • Audit current tracking • Share a clear implementation plan • Work alongside our developer(s) • Validate that Google Ads is receiving correct revenue data • We provide: • Full access • Dev resources • Fast execution • This can lead to long-term work if results are solid ⸻ To Apply, You MUST Answer: 1.
