I run three separate sports-focused service businesses and I need each of their GoHighLevel accounts built from scratch and tuned for day-to-day use. All three will share the same core structure, but the branding, contacts and staff calendars are different, so I’m looking for a repeatable yet individually branded setup rather than a single master account. What I already have • Active GoHighLevel licences for the three sub-accounts • Logos, colour palettes, copy, staff availability and any necessary domain or SMTP details What I need you to build • A friction-free client booking flow: custom calendars, confirmation emails/SMS and internal notifications • Automated marketing campaigns that fire from key events (new lead, completed session, membership renewal) with email, SMS and voicemail drops where relevant • A tidy membership area for training videos and downloadable resources, gated by plan and a Webinar System and a payment gateway system to sell my products, programs and services Acceptance criteria 1. Each account can accept a live booking from a new visitor without manual intervention. 2. The visitor is added to the correct marketing workflow and receives the first message instantly. 3. The membership portal recognises paid vs. trial users and locks/unlocks content accordingly. 4. Brand assets and custom domains are applied consistently across funnels, emails and portals.
