**Title:** GoHighLevel Expert Needed to Build Snapshots, Funnels, and Help Launch Agency (Coaching + Implementation) **Description:** I’m launching a GoHighLevel (GHL) agency and am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help me build core infrastructure while also teaching me the process so I can manage and scale it myself. This is a hybrid role: part implementation, part coaching. **Primary Objectives:** • Create reusable GoHighLevel snapshots for specific niches • Build high-converting funnels (landing pages, forms, calendars, automations) • Configure pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automation systems • Set up onboarding systems for new clients • Help structure the agency account for scalability • Provide guidance and explanations so I can learn and operate independently **Specific Tasks May Include:** • Snapshot creation (including workflows, pipelines, funnels, forms, calendars) • Funnel builds (lead generation, booking funnels, nurture sequences) • Automation setup (SMS, email, follow-up sequences, triggers) • Agency account structure best practices • White-label configuration guidance • Troubleshooting and optimization • Screen-share sessions to explain setup and logic **Ideal Candidate:** • Strong experience with GoHighLevel (agency level experience preferred) • Has built multiple snapshots and client systems • Understands lead generation and conversion optimization • Can explain clearly and teach, not just build • Organized, reliable, and responsive • Experience building systems for agencies is a major plus **Nice to Have:** • Experience in specific niches (real estate, med spa, home services, etc.) • Experience with SaaS mode • Experience building onboarding systems **Engagement Structure:** • Initial setup phase: intensive help building foundation • Ongoing advisory/support as needed • Mix of implementation + live coaching calls **To Apply, Please Include:** • Your GoHighLevel experience • Examples of snapshots or funnels you’ve built • Agency experience (if any) • Your hourly rate or project pricing • Availability for live calls (Zoom) Looking to start immediately.
