What I need built • A custom CRM feature set that plugs seamlessly into GoHighLevel’s existing architecture (sub-accounts, snapshots, pipelines, triggers). • A visual customer-journey map • A centralized digital platform that automates registration, event creation, duty assignment, attendance tracking The solution must include a portal and a mobile-friendly interface for volunteers and supervisors. Volunteers can register, check duties assigned and track their points. Admins can create events, assign responsibilities, track attendance and generate reports instantly. If you prefer a separate micro-service for heavy lifting, that’s fine as long as it authenticates cleanly and the UI renders inside GoHighLevel. Deliverables 1. Fully working module installed in my account. 2. Clean, commented code (Git repo access). 3. Short Loom walkthrough plus a one-page setup guide. Acceptance I’ll test by importing a sample list, triggering a campaign, and verifying: • Data syncs instantly to the new CRM views. • report exports match the live dashboard numbers. • Journey map updates in real time when a status changes.
