GoHighLevel Automation & AI Architect Project Title: Senior GoHighLevel Automation Architect for Global SaaS Marketing Campaign Project Overview: We are launching the RISE Partnership Program, a global SaaS platform for inflight destination marketing. We are seeking a top-tier GoHighLevel Architect to design and build the sophisticated automation and integration framework that will power our entire outreach and onboarding workflow. You will be the senior technical lead, responsible for the high-level systems architecture. You will work in collaboration with our internal GoHighLevel Manager, who will handle the day-to-day campaign management and user administration. Your role is to build the engine; Abdul will drive the car. Key Responsibilities: Architect the Core Workflow: Design and implement the complete 5-part email sequence in GoHighLevel, including all complex conditional logic, triggers, and personalization. Build the CRM & Pipeline Structure: Architect and build the sales pipeline to automatically track DMOs from initial contact through to subscription and onboarding. Lead API & Systems Integration: Spearhead the integration of GoHighLevel with our primary database and other third-party applications to ensure seamless, real-time data flow. • Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with our internal GoHighLevel Manager to ensure a smooth handover of the system. You will be expected to document your architecture and provide high-level guidance and support as he learns the system you have built. • Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as the final escalation point for diagnosing and resolving any complex technical issues within the automation workflow. Required Skills & Experience: • GoHighLevel Mastery: You must be a true expert with a portfolio of complex, multi-step GoHighLevel workflows. Experience with custom values, triggers, and API usage is essential. • Proven API & Integration Expertise: Demonstrable experience connecting GoHighLevel to external databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and third-party APIs. • Systems Architecture Mindset: You think in terms of scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems, not just one-off campaigns. • Excellent Documentation & Communication: You must be able to clearly document your work and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working with and mentoring other team members is a strong plus.
