Implement ASR Integration Send caller audio from Genesys IVR to the ASR endpoint. Receive the transcribed text and return it to the IVR flow. Implement LLM/NLP Integration Send the ASR text to the LLM via REST API (provided). Handle the AI response (intent or reply text). Implement TTS Integration Send the LLM text to the TTS API via MRCP/HTTP (depending on engine). Play the generated audio back to the caller. Build a Simple Multi-Turn IVR Conversation Caller speaks → ASR → LLM → TTS response → repeat. Include basic fallback logic (no input, low confidence, etc.).
