I’m looking for someone who can make me from blank screen to a working real-estate site that I can populate with both residential and commercial listings. Please note my budget, if this does not suite you, then do not contact me Core goals • Display property listings as the site’s main focus. • Store and manage all data in a clean, scalable database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar). Essential features • Advanced search filter so visitors can narrow by price, location, size, and property type. • Photo gallery on every listing. • Optional virtual-tour support (embed links or 360° media). Scope of work 1. Build a responsive front end and back end (framework of your choice—React, Vue, Laravel blade, WordPress with custom theme, etc.). 2. Design the underlying database schema and connect it securely to the front end. 3. Provide a simple admin panel or CMS area where I can create, read, update, and delete listings without touching code. 4. Deliver styling that looks clean and professional; I’ll handle detailed branding later. (i may give you a basic front end of the website) 5. Hand over all source files plus a “how-to” document on deploying and managing the site. Clean code, clear comments, and straightforward deployment instructions will be my main acceptance criteria.
