We are looking for an expert Fullstack Developer to partner with us on an accelerated project to launch our modern, cross-platform travel booking engine. A significant amount of foundational work is already complete, and we need a skilled professional to build out the remaining key features and integrations to bring our platform to market. Where We Are Now: We are not starting from scratch. You will be building on a solid foundation: Existing Backend: We have a functional, live Laravel backend that is already successfully integrated with the Hotelbeds API for hotel data and bookings. The core logic is in place. Frontend Template (Cross-Platform): We have a brand-new, professional monorepo (Nx) set up for cross-platform development. This includes a web app (Next.js), a mobile app (React Native/Expo), and shared component/API libraries. This "write-once, run-everywhere" foundation is ready for you to build upon. What We Need From You: Your mission will be to take our existing platform and rapidly build out the final, customer-facing features. This is primarily focused on frontend development and key backend integrations. 1. Backend Enhancements: TPO Holidays API Integration: Integrate the TPO Holidays API for search, availability, pricing (B2B & B2C), and booking, to work alongside our existing Hotelbeds connection. Payment Gateway Integration: Implement a major network payment gateway to handle secure online transactions. Code Optimization: Review and enhance any existing backend code as needed to support the new features and ensure high performance. 2. Frontend Development: Build B2C & B2B Portals: Using our existing cross-platform template, build out the full user interfaces for both our public customer (B2C) and travel agent (B2B) portals. Implement "Travo" Theme Design: Use our "Travo" theme as the visual guide to create a beautiful, modern, and polished user experience. Develop Component Library: Create all necessary UI components (search forms, results cards, booking flows, etc.) within the shared component library to ensure consistency between the web and mobile apps. The Ideal Candidate: Is an expert in Laravel for backend development and API integration. Is highly proficient in React and, crucially, has experience with React Native (experience with React Native for Web is a huge plus). Has proven experience integrating complex third-party APIs, especially in the travel or finance sectors (payment gateways). Can work quickly and efficiently, turning designs and requirements into functional code on a tight schedule. Is a proactive problem-solver who communicates clearly and can provide strategic input.
