I’m hiring one developer to join my product team full-time and own the native layer of our hybrid iOS and Android apps. Both stores already carry the apps; your mission is to keep them fast, stable and growing while we ship new features every sprint. You must bring senior-level experience (5+ years) writing native Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android. Because the codebase mixes native modules with a shared hybrid core, you need to feel equally at home inside Xcode, Android Studio and the bridge code that connects them. Day-to-day focus • Developing new features that tap native APIs (camera, push, background services, etc.) • With the focus on Speech and Sound recognition running on the background on iOS • Integration of multiple data recognition models to increase of the accuracy • Integration of all current Android developments in the iOS environment • Maintaining and fixing existing functionality whenever bugs surface • Continuously profiling and optimising performance and UX on both platforms No third-party SDKs clutter the project, so your craftsmanship will be clearly visible in the code you ship. This is a dedicated, 40-hour-per-week role—no side jobs, no moonlighting. The position starts at $ 1,500 to $2,000 per month; after six months of consistently high-quality deliveries and proactive communication, I’ll be ready to discuss an increase.
