I’m flexible on the mapping provider—Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, or Mapbox, as long as it’s accurate and quick to load. • Advanced search and filter options so users can slice results by location, price range, bedrooms, and other key attributes. • “Save to favorites” for logged-in users, plus email notifications on new matches. • A mobile-first layout that feels native on phones and tablets. What you’ll deliver 1. A functional prototype hosted on your staging server for review. 2. Clean, modular code (frontend, backend, database schema) pushed to my private repo. 3. Basic CI/CD script or step-by-step deployment guide so I can spin it up on a VPS or managed host. 4. Brief documentation covering setup, environment variables, and how to extend modules.
