The job is equal parts backend craftsmanship and marketing-tech savvy. This is a paid, selective role — I’m opening one seat for the right person. You’ll own the stack from day one and be the builder that makes campaigns, data, and growth line up. Mission & Hard Timeline Within 30 days of hire: Capture ~5,000 signups and convert ≥1,000 into paid pre-orders. Customers are told 90 days for delivery. Within 60 days of hire: Manufacturing lead complete and first wave of product delivered to customers — earlier than promised. Day 61–90: Scale beyond the first 1,000 customers, reinforce loyalty, and keep momentum. Immediate Scope Hook Mailchimp to both the site and whichever CRM we agree on after you join (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho is ideal — but we’ll decide together). Implement Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel end-to-end; TikTok Pixel is on deck once the foundation is solid. Create the API or Zapier flows that move data cleanly between the site, Mailchimp, ads platforms, and the CRM. Deliver reporting that gives me campaign-level attribution without manual spreadsheets. Ensure the stack is future-proof: modular, scalable, and able to support other channels we’ll add later. Document what you build so I can see the logic without digging into raw code. What You’ll Own Set up & manage email flows (Mailchimp or Klaviyo). Carry our brand ambassador’s voice through every touchpoint (emails, opt-ins, referral loops, post-purchase flows, customer updates). Optimize website capture (no rebuild — smart, fast tweaks). Drive list growth (~5,000 signups → 1,000 paid within 30 days). Build automated flows: welcome, nurture, launch, abandoned cart, post-purchase. Handle integrations (payments/checkout, tagging, analytics). Connect tracking (GA4 + Meta Pixel) and report weekly on signups, conversion, and conversion-to-paid. Acceptance Criteria Events must fire in real time. UTM parameters must persist through the funnel. Dashboards need to show the same numbers the ad platforms do. About You Language & Communication Fluent, natural English is non-negotiable. You must be fully comfortable with American and universal humor. We will speak by phone, and if your English is not clear, conversational, and on-point, I cannot move forward. This role is too communication-heavy to compromise. Able to write cheeky, on-brand copy in our ambassador’s voice. Hands-on lifecycle operator (not just strategy slides). Comfortable wiring tools together and shipping quickly. What We’re Not Looking For “What’s your budget?” as your first question. Influencer managers or big-agency retainers. Anyone who can’t write with nuance and humor. Compensation & Hours $15/hr capped at ~15 hours per week until launch milestone is hit (5,000 signups → 1,000 paid pre-orders). At that milestone, we will reassess scope, compensation, and potentially transition into a larger role with active customer scaling. This path could lead to full-time ownership of growth systems and first rights of refusal on our other consumer products waiting in the pipeline. Paid Trial (10 hours @ $15/hr) We start with a paid 10-hour trial to confirm fit. Trial deliverables: Connect one opt-in to Mailchimp/Klaviyo. Draft a 3-email sequence in our brand ambassador’s voice (welcome, brand story, teaser). Verify GA4 + Meta Pixel are installed and tracking.
