We value clean code, clear communication, and predictable delivery. What You’ll Do Build, ship, and maintain production web features end-to-end (frontend, backend, basic DevOps). Implement REST/GraphQL APIs, integrations (Stripe, OAuth, third-party APIs), and database schemas. Translate Figma/wireframes into responsive, accessible UIs. Write maintainable code with tests, PRs, and Git-based workflows. Estimate work, hit milestones, and communicate risks early. Document decisions, deployment steps, and handoff notes. Join client standups/demos (as needed) and represent the agency professionally. Proficiency with React/Next.js, Node.js (or Python), and SQL/PostgreSQL. Solid Git/GitHub workflow (branches, PRs, code reviews). Experience integrating payments (Stripe) and third-party APIs. Strong communication: can break down tasks, estimate, and report progress. Availability for at least 3–4 hours overlap with US time zones (PST–EST).
