I’m kicking off the development of a production-ready e-commerce application that must run flawlessly on Android, iOS and the Web. The front end will be written in Flutter (Dart), while the back end will be a fresh ASP.NET Core Web API built with C#, Entity Framework Core, and a relational database (MySQL or SQL Server—whichever best suits our deployment pipeline). The project is long-term, so I’m looking for a developer with at least five years of hands-on experience who can own features end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-release maintenance. You should be confident with RESTful API design, state management in Flutter, secure data handling and CI/CD. What you’ll be doing • Building and maintaining a single Flutter codebase that targets Android, iOS and Web • Designing and implementing ASP.NET Core Web API endpoints plus the corresponding Entity Framework Core data layer • Wiring up seamless REST integration between front end and back end • Setting up automated pipelines so every commit can be built, tested and deployed to staging/production • Writing clear documentation so future contributors can get up to speed fast Each sprint’s acceptance criteria will revolve around feature completeness, test coverage and a successful deployment to the relevant stores or hosting environment.
