I am a hands-on software developer who finds days too short and has more work to do. Therefore, I am looking for an engineer to take full responsibility for the full-stack work on my current Android app project. Daily tasks involve freely switching between Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and Flutter frontends, and REST/GraphQL or Firebase-style backends to develop new features, fix exceptional bugs, and improve performance. I currently have a completed MVP version of the app. It is written in Flutter. First, this app has a defect where it is slow upon startup. Additionally, I need to update some of the app's UI elements to increase user engagement.
