I have complete architectural plans for a new build and I’m ready to see them come alive in a 3-dimensional walk-through. The goal is a fully navigable model that covers every space—kitchen, living room, bedrooms, baths, hallways, utility areas, plus the entire exterior and landscaping. For this first phase I only need the basic layout modeled: accurate walls, doors, windows, ceiling heights, rooflines, and major built-ins. Furniture, décor, and high-detail accessories can wait until a potential second phase, so please structure your workflow with easy add-ons in mind. The overall aesthetic should read rustic chic (think warm woods, clean lines, and subtle natural textures), even in this simplified pass. That way the shell already hints at the final vibe when we do move into materials and staging. I’ll supply PDF/DWG plans and any elevations you need. You choose the software—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Engine, etc.—as long as you can deliver: • a smooth walk-through video (HD) and • a file I can open for quick flythrough edits or comments. Accuracy matters more than photo-realism at this stage, so keep polygon count reasonable and naming conventions clear. After review, I’ll either sign off or request the optional detailing phase under a new milestone.
