Project Overview We are requesting a complete enhancement and redevelopment of our existing 3D animated walkthrough video, The goal is to upgrade the current video into a fully immersive, high-quality 3D animation that realistically showcases the facility’s design, layout, materials, lighting, and functional flow. Purpose The enhanced walkthrough will be used for client presentations, marketing materials, authority submissions, and executive approvals. It should accurately reflect the architectural intent, finishes, furniture, landscaping, and environmental context, while maintaining a professional and cinematic visual quality. Scope of Work The requested enhancement should include, but not be limited to: 1. 3D Modelling and Environment Update Refine or remodel key facility components (exterior, interior, landscape, utilities areas). Add realistic materials, surface textures, lighting, and reflections. Include environmental elements (sky, sun position, ambient lighting, vegetation, vehicles, people). Incorporate updated architectural and MEP details as per the latest drawings. 2. Animation & Walkthrough Development Create a smooth, continuous camera path walkthrough covering key facility areas: main entrance, reception, corridors, offices, meeting rooms, technical spaces, and outdoor zones. Use cinematic camera angles and transitions to highlight architectural features and circulation flow. Add animated human figures and moving elements (doors, lifts, vehicles, lighting transitions, etc.) for realism. 3. Video Enhancement & Post-Production Apply color correction, visual effects, and branding overlays (company logo, project title, captions). Add background music, sound effects, and voiceover narration (optional, based on script). Include intro/outro segments with project information and company branding. Ensure smooth frame rate and optimized file size for presentations. 5. Deliverables Final video in MP4 / MOV format, in both Full HD (1080p) and 4K resolution. Preview drafts during development for review and approval. Estimated duration: 3–4 minutes (can vary based on facility size). Reference Materials to be Provided Latest architectural and interior drawings (AutoCAD/Revit files). Reference images and material schedules. Existing 3D model or previous walkthrough . Company branding guidelines (logo, colors). Optional: narration script or key message points.
