Project Description: I am looking for a landscape designer or 3D rendering specialist to design the front yard of my newly built home. The property has a 9m wide frontage, and I am aiming for a modern Australian suburban style that complements the façade. The goal is to have a clear, realistic concept before engaging landscapers, so the plan and rendered visuals should be practical and visually accurate. What I Need: 1. 2D Layout Plan (pathways, garden beds, hardscape areas, placement, etc.) 2. 3D Rendered Images / Visualisations (front elevation + angled perspective) 3. Basic Material & Plant Selection List (what has been used in the design) I Will Provide: • Photos of the house façade • Front yard measurements (approx. 9m frontage) • Reference images to indicate desired style and finishes Deliverables: • 1 x 2D layout plan • 2–3 x 3D rendered perspectives • Editable source file preferred (SketchUp / Lumion / similar), but not mandatory Requirements: • Preferable experience in Australian suburban front yard design • Designers must be able to produce realistic exterior renders • Please include previous work / portfolio samples when applying
