I’m rolling out GoHighLevel (GHL) across a franchise network and want the core automations ready for launch. Here’s what I need assembled and tested: • Post-AI Call Email: the moment an AI-handled call ends, an email must hit the franchisee’s inbox summarising the call outcome and next steps. • Performance Dashboard: inside GHL build a snapshot that draws from existing Contacts and Opportunities to display – number of leads by source – number of calls processed – conversion rate % – revenue generated • Objection-Handling Text Bot: after our “Open Estimate” workflow sends an estimate, trigger a conversational SMS sequence that tackles common pushbacks like “need to talk to my wife,” “price is too high,” or “need more time.” The workflow itself is finished; you’ll layer the AI responses on top. • Review Management: connect our Google Business profiles so each location can request, track, and respond to reviews directly inside the GHL Reputation tab. • Weekly Progress Email: schedule an automated summary pointing users to the dashboard, highlighting key wins and any red-flag metrics. I’ll supply franchise sub-account access, the current workflows, and example messaging. You’ll configure, test end-to-end, and hand over concise how-to notes so each location can operate without extra support.
