Force and Motion Sensor Prototype

I have an existing base unit and now need to turn it into a working prototype that can read both force and motion inputs, house the electronics safely in a metal enclosure, and push everything to an online dashboard. The hardware side comes first: you’ll choose and mount the controller, integrate the two external sensors, create the wiring loom, and package it all in the metal housing I’ll supply (or we can source one together). Clean cable management and reliable connectors are essential because the device will be moved around during proof-of-concept testing. On the software side, the firmware should stream live readings over Wi-Fi or Ethernet to a simple web back end. That dashboard must show: • real-time sensor values, • time-stamped historical logs the user can scroll through or download, and • basic analytical charts so trends and outliers are obvious at a glance. If you prefer a particular stack—say, an ESP32 feeding a Node.js/React or Python/Flask dashboard—let me know; I’m flexible as long as the data arrives in the browser quickly and can be exported for later analysis. Deliverables I need to sign off on: 1. Fully wired and tested controller board with force & motion sensors calibrated. 2. Durable metal enclosure with all ports, labels, and mounting points finished. 3. Source code and compiled firmware that auto-connects to the dashboard. 4. Web dashboard (front and back end) running on my server or a cloud instance, complete with live view, logs, and charts. 5. Basic setup guide so I can reproduce the build or swap sensors in the future. I’m ready to start as soon as we align on the controller choice and timeline, and I’m happy to iterate quickly—schematics first, then enclosure CAD if needed, then firmware and UI. Let me know how you’d tackle the integration and roughly how long each milestone would take.
