I’m launching a full-scale food delivery platform and need a webapp built from the ground up. The core feature I’m prioritising is a real-time delivery tracking system—drivers’ GPS locations should update live on the customer’s screen from dispatch to doorstep. Alongside tracking, I want the ordering flow to be subscription-based rather than one-off purchases. Users will choose plans (daily, weekly, or custom frequencies), modify upcoming deliveries, pause or cancel anytime, and view billing history. Account creation and management will run purely through a classic email-and-password flow, including password resets, two-factor via email, and profile controls. Because this is an end-to-end build, I expect: • Responsive web front-end (React, Vue, or similar) • Scalable back-end (Node, Django, or comparable) with REST or GraphQL API • Real-time socket layer for driver location updates • Admin dashboard for me to manage menus, subscription tiers, orders, couriers, and analytics • Driver portal (mobile-friendly web) to accept jobs, update status, and stream GPS • Secure payment integration supporting recurring charges • Unit and integration tests plus deployment scripts (Docker or CI pipeline) • Clear technical documentation so my internal team can extend the platform Clean, maintainable code, Git version control, and milestone-based delivery are essential.
