Our real-estate portal is built on Flynax and I want its look-and-feel to match the smooth, intuitive flow. The brief centres on two areas: tightening the front-end navigation and refining user/agent permissions. Navigation & UX – The top menu, dropdowns and search bar all need a cleaner, modern structure. Think Rightmove’s compact header, context-aware dropdowns and an always-visible, mobile-friendly search field. I also want the header and footer refreshed to the same standard. Roles & Workflow • Visitors (Users) must be limited to browsing only, with no ability to add, edit or delete listings. • Agents should be able to sign up, but their account—and any future listings—must stay hidden until I approve them in the admin panel. • As soon as an agent registers, the system must fire a styled confirmation to the applicant and a notification to me. After I flip the approval switch, another email should welcome the agent and grant full listing control. Tech notes The site runs the latest Flynax core (PHP, MySQL, Smarty). Please be comfortable extending its template system and hooks rather than hacking core files. Deliverables 1. Updated Flynax templates/CSS/JS reflecting the new menu, dropdowns, search bar and header/footer. 2. Role adjustments and approval workflow coded, tested and demonstrated on a staging copy. 3. Branded email templates firing at registration, approval and rejection events. 4. A concise hand-off doc outlining changed files and how to maintain them through future Flynax updates. Everything must be responsive, cross-browser and tested on desktop plus mobile. If you’ve customised Flynax before or cloned Rightmove-style UX, I’d love to see your work.
