I’m building the first version of a mobile app both iOS and Andriod entirely in FlutterFlow, backed by Firebase, and I’d like an expert who can set up a solid, no-code foundation that we can keep expanding. Current scope • User onboarding with Firebase phone-number authentication only (no email or social logins for now). • In-app purchase flow powered by UPI. The app must support both subscription plans and one-time premium unlocks, all handled inside FlutterFlow and recorded in Cloud Firestore/Realtime DB for entitlement checks. • Clean data architecture in Firebase so future modules can be added without painful refactors. Deliverables 1. A ready-to-publish FlutterFlow project with UPI payment widgets and verified test purchases for subscriptions and single-purchase items. 2. Firebase setup (Auth, Firestore, Functions if needed) pushed to my project. 3. Short hand-off video or doc walking me through how to duplicate screens and add features so the build stays genuinely “codeless.” After this milestone, I plan to roll out additional AI-driven features and more complex analytics, so writing modular, readable logic is important. If you’ve scaled FlutterFlow/Firebase apps before, I’d love your guidance on best practices so we can keep growing without rewriting everything down the line.
