I need a compact but fully functional MVP built in FlutterFlow that lets customers book slots at multiple salons under my brand while also giving salon owners and me, the admin, the essential controls we need. The customer-facing mobile app comes first. Users should open it and immediately see a list of salons (name, location, rating, hero image). Tapping a salon reveals its services, then a calendar with available time slots, and finally a simple confirmation screen. Once they confirm, the booking must be written to Firestore—my chosen backend for this version. Salon owners will log in with phone-number-based OTP authentication. After a successful sign-in they should land on a clear, minimal interface that shows today’s bookings by default, plus an easy toggle to upcoming bookings. Each entry needs buttons or a dropdown to move the status from pending to confirmed, completed, or cancelled. As the admin, I will access a web view (it can be Web or FlutterFlow’s responsive Web App) that lists every salon and every booking. I also need a numeric “commission” field shown per booking so I can track my earnings quickly. Because this is just the MVP, I’m keeping the design simple and minimalistic—plain typography, muted color palette, clean cards—no elaborate animation required. Performance, reliability, and tidy Firestore structure matter more to me than flashy visuals. Deliverables • FlutterFlow project file with customer app, salon owner view, and admin web view • Firestore schema (users, salons, services, bookings, commissions) • Phone OTP auth flow wired to salon owner role • Basic documentation so I can add salons, tweak services, and export reports later If you have launched similar FlutterFlow builds and can move quickly while writing clean, well-commented logic, let’s talk.
