The app must cover the full buying journey: a clean product catalog, a smooth shopping cart flow, secure Razorpay checkout, order tracking, and a searchable order history. Push notifications are essential, so I will be relying on Firebase Cloud Messaging to keep customers updated on new arrivals, status changes, and promotional offers. For sign-in I prefer an OTP-based flow; no emails or social logins are required right now. Because the site is already live, I can expose the necessary REST / GraphQL endpoints (or adjust them if you suggest improvements).
