Job Title: Background BLE Scanning in Flutter (Android + iOS) Project Description: I need a Flutter developer with solid experience in native platform integration (Android & iOS) to implement background Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning. The goal is simple: The app must continue scanning BLE devices in the background — even when minimized, screen is off, or the app is killed (where allowed by OS policies). Currently, I’ve implemented this, but it stops scanning when the screen turns off. I also haven’t integrated the iOS background logic yet.
