I operate a GPS Tracking company and need a single, integrated platform that combines GPS tracking with live-stream or stored video from in-cab cameras. The software should let me: • View each truck’s real-time location on a web or mobile map. • Overlay or sync dash-camera footage for incidents, with automatic video clips tied to harsh braking, speeding, or other driver-behavior events. • Flag risky driving in a driver scorecard and send instant alerts (SMS, push, or email) when thresholds I set are exceeded. Also create events based on the in cabin driver monitoring camera. • Maintain a history of routes, events, and videos so I can review deliveries and resolve claims quickly. A clean dashboard that works in any modern browser is essential; We need Android & iOS companion apps. I’m happy to work with proven telematics SDKs or open-source stacks, as long as the final solution is secure, reliable, and easy for my dispatch team to use. Deliverables: 1. Functional prototype connecting at least one test device/camera, showing live map, event log, and video playback. 2. Clear deployment instructions (cloud or on-prem) and source code. 3. Brief user guide so I can onboard drivers and dispatchers. If you have experience integrating GPS modules, dashcam APIs, or similar fleet systems, this project should feel familiar.
