We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with flat pattern generation, specifically for unfolding purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed and accurate patterns for various applications. Flat Pattern Generation(Unfolding) CASE A: When 3D Models (STP, IGS, etc.) are Received Convert 3D drawings into 2D sheet metal drawings. For pipes, convert into pipe fabrication drawings. Unfold after applying elongation rate (K-Factor/Bend Deduction) data. Convert to GEO file. If conversion is not possible, deliver only the DXF/DWG unfolded file. Marks any irregularity on the drawing. CASE B: When 2D Drawings (DWG/DXF, 3rd Angle Projection) are Received Unfold after applying elongation rate (K-Factor/Bend Deduction) data. Convert to GEO file.
