I have already built a multilingual flow in ManyChat for Instagram, yet the automation is mis-behaving. The bot cannot identify a user’s language and therefore fails to answer in English, Spanish, Thai, Russian, Chinese, French, or Indonesian. In addition, no triggers fire when someone: • sends a direct message , welcome message, responding to enquiries , triggers, sharing price list, redirecting to whatsapp • replies to a DM • comments on a post or becomes a new follower My priority is to regain full functionality by checking every point where Instagram channel permissions, Handover Protocol and the individual flow settings interact. Please jump into the existing workspace, audit the current setup, correct the language-detection sequence, and restore each trigger so I can test live with real accounts. Acceptance criteria for sign-off • The bot reliably detects and replies in all seven languages above. • Incoming DMs, DM replies, post comments and follow events consistently start the correct flows. • No conflicts remain between ManyChat and Meta’s Handover Protocol; inbox messages stay attributed to the bot until I manually take over. • A brief hand-off note summarises what was changed and where, so I can maintain the solution myself.
