My e-invoicing module is already talking to the LHDN portal and every invoice is validated without a hitch, yet the mandatory QR code never appears. No errors surface—there is simply no image returned—so I suspect the issue sits in the way I call or construct the generator rather than in the validation flow. For compliance I need the QR code to embed only the LHDN validation status string exactly as specified by the guideline, nothing more. Once the code is produced it will be printed on the invoice PDF that my system creates. Once I can see a valid QR on a live invoice, the job is complete.
