I have WooCommerce site hosted with Hetzner managed servers. We use Cloudflare Pro+APO+redis+wordpress cache. We already optimized our database. We heavily optimized our site and we managed to achieve 90%+ scores on google page speed. But problem come with high TTFB and cache conflict. Our non cached version of site have very high TTFB and even cached version through cloudflare has almost 1second TTFB. This making on our site and customers super bad ux, even though our site real time loading speed is really super fast due to our heavy optimization but still it can be improved further more drastically. I need someone who can diagnose and fix our high TTFB issue and fix any cache conflict without disturbing our existing optimizations. We don't need someone who just simply say to upgrade to this or that server, we need someone with great knowledge of servers, website speed optimization, caching, Cloudflare, etc.
