Discrepancies between both systems never exceed one unit after a full business day of use. 3. Performance remains responsive (<2 s) when listing or updating 10,000 SKUs. Tech stack is open—SQL, Firebase, or a lightweight ERP framework are all fine—as long as you explain why it fits and the licence is royalty-free. Source code must be included. Timeline is flexible but I’d like a working prototype in two weeks and final sign-off within one month.
