I will send you a master CSV and need you to pull out only the rows that meet two rules: the county must be one of Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Wake, Forsyth, Orange, Durham, Guilford, Rowan, Davidson, Catawba, Lenoir, Stanly or Union, and the record must contain a valid-looking email address. Keep the output in exactly five columns—first name, last name, county, email address, phone. If the phone field is blank, that row can stay; just leave the cell empty. A quick format check on each email (the usual “@” and domain structure) is enough—no need for live verification. Please return the cleaned data as a Standard CSV file and let me know how many rows were removed and how many remain.
