I am building a unified CRM and now need a coherent set of Figma dashboards that feel related yet serve three different teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Scope • Create high-fidelity, interactive Figma prototypes for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service dashboards. • Re-use a shared design system so colours, typography, components, and spacing remain consistent across all screens. • Customer Service dashboard must clearly present Ticket tracking, Customer feedback, Agent performance analytics, and a concise “Review document” section where supervisors can approve or reject case summaries. • Sales and Marketing dashboards should mirror the same visual language while focusing on pipeline progress, campaign metrics, and lead engagement (exact widgets will be refined together). What I will provide • Brand guidelines, fonts, and colour palette. • Sample data and user stories for each team. What I need back 1. A Figma file with organised pages, named layers, auto-layout, and components. 2. A short component library / style guide inside the file so developers can inspect tokens and variants. 3. Click-through prototype links that demonstrate typical user flows. 4. Handoff notes outlining responsive behaviour and interaction states. Acceptance criteria • Every widget must be legible at 1440 px wide and adapt gracefully to 1280 px. • Consistent grid, 8 pt spacing, and accessible colour contrast (WCAG AA). • No raster text; all copy remains editable. I will stay available on Slack for quick feedback and expect two rounds of revisions after the first full draft. Once approved, deliver the final Figma link with edit permissions and a PDF of the style guide. If you have shipped similar SaaS dashboards before and are comfortable working inside Figma’s component properties and auto-layout, this will be a smooth collaboration.
