Scope of work • Build a single code-base (React Native, Flutter or similar) that ships native apps to the App Store and Google Play. • Implement mobile-number authentication with secure OTP flow; no email or social-media login is required. • Develop the three core modules shown in the mock-up: – Live scoring updates that refresh in real-time. – Team management where users can create, edit and track their squads. – Player statistics with sortable, filterable data. • All screens, navigation and micro-interactions demonstrated in the prototype, ensuring smooth animations and a polished UI - also logo. • Supply clean, well-commented code, brief developer documentation and the build files needed for TestFlight / Play Store internal testing. Nice-to-haves If time and budget allow, I’d love basic admin tools for contest creation and user management, but the initial milestone focuses on the user-facing app. Deliverables 1.
