Project Title: Exterior Design for Stilt parking + 4 Floors Residential Building Project Description: I am looking for a talented and creative freelancer to help design and visualize the exterior of my Stilt + 4 Floors residential building. The goal is to plan and select colors, patterns, and finishes for painting and materials, and to create realistic visualizations showing how different designs would look. The design should enhance the building’s appeal and complement its architecture and surroundings. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with me to understand my vision, style, and preferences for the building’s exterior. • Suggest color palettes, materials, and design elements that best suit the structure and surroundings. • Create detailed visual designs showcasing different color combinations, textures, and exterior materials such as: o WPC louvers o Corian o Clay tiles o MS Zaali work o Steel or glass railings o Terracotta bricks • Provide expert advice on achieving a modern, classic, or elegant look based on my preferences. • Produce high-quality 3D renderings or mockups that clearly show the proposed design. • Suggest accent colors, trims, or finishes to further enhance the final appearance. • Make revisions based on feedback until the best version is finalized. Qualifications: • Enthusiastic and skilled in exterior designing. • Experience in architectural visualization or exterior design projects. • A portfolio showing previous exterior and color consultation work. • Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar design/rendering software. • Strong understanding of color theory and its application in exterior design. • Familiarity with modern exterior-grade materials such as WPC, Corian, clay tiles, MS Zaali, steel/glass railings, and terracotta bricks. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
