I’m looking for an experienced Java developer specialized in Minecraft servers to help upgrade an existing project. The map is already built, and the server currently runs on a vanilla base with several configured plugins. The goal is to migrate the server to Forge in order to create a modded Roleplay server, while keeping some of the existing plugins (most likely using Arclight or a similar hybrid solution). Main Tasks: Migrate the current base (Spigot/Paper) to a Forge-compatible environment using Arclight or another appropriate platform. Install and configure mods for the Roleplay experience. Ensure compatibility between mods and plugins. Translate everything into French (mods, plugins, menus, messages, etc.). Perform stability and optimization tests. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Java, Forge, Minecraft modding, and hybrid servers (Forge + plugins). Experience with Arclight, Mohist, or Magma. Familiarity with configuration files (YAML, JSON). Ability to communicate clearly and document your work. Additional Details: The server is already online and functional in vanilla. Remote collaboration. Budget to be discussed depending on experience and workload. Possible long-term collaboration (maintenance, new mods, bug fixes, etc.). Final Goal : Create a fully French, immersive, and stable Roleplay server, combining Forge mods and existing plugins seamlessly.
