Experienced VFS / High-Traffic Automation Developer Wanted We are looking for an experienced automation developer to build bots and automation systems for VFS and other high-traffic booking portals. The tasks include automatic form filling, slot tracking, joining waitlists, making reservations, submitting saved data, and handling notifications or webhook integrations. Some steps (document upload, strong CAPTCHA, OTP, biometric verification, etc.) may require manual input — the ideal candidate can design semi-automated flows that integrate these human checkpoints efficiently. Important: All work must comply with applicable laws and platform Terms of Service. You must have explicit permission to automate the accounts or portals you test on. Any illegal or unauthorized automation will not be considered. Responsibilities Develop automation modules for VFS and other high-traffic booking systems. Handle slot/appointment tracking, waitlist management, and webhook or notification integration. Design retry logic, proxy handling, and multi-session setups for high reliability under heavy load. Implement hybrid flows for partially automated steps (e.g., CAPTCHA, OTP, uploads). Ensure security, privacy, and legal compliance of all automation workflows. Provide test results, performance metrics, and iterative improvements. Required Skills Proven experience in web automation and scraping (Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium). Solid understanding of session handling, rate-limiting, and proxy rotation in high-traffic environments. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript or Python skills; ability to integrate APIs and webhooks. Experience with retries, error handling, and scaling automation processes. Awareness of security, privacy, and compliance best practices. Ability to share portfolio or references from past automation projects. Nice to Have Experience with VFS portals (Schengen, UK, India, etc.). Familiarity with alert/notification systems (Telegram, Slack, Email, Webhook). Experience deploying automations on cloud/Docker/Kubernetes. Reverse engineering or network traffic analysis (for legal use only). Test / Pilot Scope Qualified candidates may be invited for a small pilot test with the following provided: Target country + exact VFS booking URL (test environment or authorized account). Test VFS login credentials + sample applicant data. OTP method details (SMS or Email). Optional proxy list. Defined success criteria (e.g., successful appointment creation within given time). During testing, you will only access accounts and data explicitly provided for this purpose. Unauthorized access or scraping is strictly prohibited.
