We are planning to expand and further develop our Commercial Astrology Website along with its existing mobile apps (Android based) and would like to initiate detailed discussions with prospective developers. Attached is a High-Level Scope Document outlining the vision, major features, and key modules of the platform. This document is intended to serve as the primary reference for the project, but please note that the Scope document is high-level and indicative in nature. As we proceed further — during detailed discussions before allotment, throughout development, during testing, and even up to final deployment — there may be modifications or refinements. We expect the developers and their team to be flexible and open to incorporating such changes as part of the collaboration - at least till everything is frozen after discussions. Some very important requirements: 1. This project requires multiple face-to-face meetings. Therefore, the Developer or Developer team must be Delhi-NCR based. Outsiders will not be considered. 2. Whichever technology stack, frameworks, or platforms are chosen for development, they must allow easy expansion, modification, and upgradation of both the website and the mobile apps in the future, as and when required. Scalability and maintainability will be critical factors in selecting the development partner. 3. The selected developer must provide comprehensive support and maintenance for at least 1–2 years post-launch. 4. Upon successful completion and deployment, the entire source code, documentation, and relevant project assets must be handed over to us without restriction To help us evaluate and plan better, we request that you review the attached scope document and respond to the following points in your reply: 1. Estimated Development Timeframe – How long will it take to design, develop, test, and deploy the website and mobile apps? 2. Technology Stack & Architecture – What programming languages, frameworks, CMS, Database Systems, and development platforms do you recommend, and how will they ensure future scalability and flexibility? 3. Tentative Cost Estimate – What is your approximate pricing structure, including development, testing, deployment, and 1–2 years of maintenance? 4. Team Composition & Relevant Experience – Who will be working on this project (front-end, back-end, mobile app developers, UI/UX, QA), and what similar projects have they handled? 5. Development Methodology – Which approach do you follow (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and how do you handle milestone reviews? 6. Handover Process – How will you ensure that complete source code, documentation, and credentials are delivered at project closure? 7. Resource Requirements – Do you need any additional inputs, assets, or content from our side to prepare a detailed proposal? 8. Additional Recommendations – Are there any improvements, features, or technology suggestions you believe would strengthen the platform? Please also note that in expansion, we are planning to get IoS based mobile apps developed as well. As an initial step to test the waters, we had got developed a website with some basic layout as described in the attached document. You may even call it as Phase-1 of our project. It would be great if you could go through the website and see if it is possible for you guys to you could take it up as an upgrade / modification / expansion project of an existing web portal and application and complete it for us by adding remaining features and details and also improve on UI/UX. I believe that this will save time and effort on your side and might help in bringing down your price offer as well.
