We need a designer who doesn't just create "pretty pictures" but understands industrial aesthetics, structural feasibility, and visitor psychology. Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for providing the following 08 Key Deliverables: 1. Technical 2D Layouts (3 Nos.) • Floor & Furniture Plan: Exact dimensions including machine placement and buffer zones. • Electrical & Utility Map: Detailing high-ampere power points, LAN, and pneumatic lines. • Visitor Flow Analysis: Strategic entry/exit mapping to ensure no congestion near heavy machinery. 2. Photorealistic 3D Renders (6 Nos.) • Views: 01 Isometric (Bird's Eye), 01 Front Elevation, 01 Internal Perspective (Visitor View), and 01 VIP/Lounge Close-up. • Quality: High-fidelity lighting, realistic metal/industrial textures, and accurate branding placement. 3.
