Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help compile and structure product information from two websites into organised Excel scripts, and then produce a third Excel file formatted as a Magento import list (we will provide Magento guidelines + a step-by-step guide). This is a structured data task and accuracy matters. Scope of work You will be provided with: * Product detail/information sources (two websites) * A step-by-step guide for how we want everything captured * Magento import formatting guidelines (template/rules) You will produce 3 final documents: 1. Website 1 – Script list (Excel) * Product list + required fields captured exactly as per our guide 2. Website 2 – Script list (Excel) * Same idea: structured product list + required fields 3. Magento Import List (Excel) * A new import sheet built from the above, formatted to our Magento requirements Key requirements * Strong Excel skills (clean tables, consistent formatting, data validation awareness) * Excellent attention to detail (spelling, consistency, missing fields flagged) * Comfortable working from strict guidelines/templates * Clear communication and ability to follow a process step-by-step * Experience with e-commerce product uploads / Magento imports is a plus Deliverables * 3 Excel files delivered * All required fields completed (or clearly flagged if data is missing) * Magento import sheet must match our formatting rules exactly Accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow strict guidelines are essential. Experience with product data, Excel, and Magento or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
