Deliverables • Concept sketches refining layout, massing, and key elevations • Two rounds of revisions to fine-tune room sizes, circulation, and service areas • Final dimensioned floor plan, roof plan, and basic elevations in DWG and PDF, plus an area schedule ready for hand-off to local engineers/permit authorities Acceptance criteria: the final drawings must be clear enough for a local architect to jump straight into detailed construction documents without redrawing the concept.
