PROJECT OVERVIEW We have a purchased WordPress theme (Finovate by Vamtam) and need an Elementor Pro expert to build out our website using our existing written copy and brand assets. All copy is written and provided. Your job is to place the content onto the theme, match our brand colours and fonts, and deliver a clean, professional result. This is not a design-from-scratch project. The theme handles the design framework. We need someone who can work within it accurately and efficiently. PAGES TO BUILD There are approximately 55 pages in total, broken into custom-designed pages and templated pages. CUSTOM DESIGNED PAGES (unique layouts, built individually) — 14 pages These pages each have a distinct structure and need to be built to match the content sections provided: Homepage SD Climb (core product page) SD Summit (core product page) Book a Consultation Contact Build Your Team hub Industries hub Resources hub About Our Team Our Locations Careers Thank You 404 TEMPLATED PAGES (same layout, different content) — approx 41 pages These pages all follow the same structure. You build the template once, we agree on the layout, then it gets replicated for each page with the relevant content dropped in. Role pages (approx 40 pages — e.g. Bookkeeper, Virtual Assistant, Software Developer, HR Coordinator, etc.) These all follow an identical format. Build once, populate 40 times. Industry pages (6 pages — Accounting, Healthcare, Real Estate, Technology, Professional Services, Construction) Same layout across all six. How We Work sub-pages (4 pages — Recruitment, HR & Compliance, Work Models, Training) Same layout across all four. Engagement Model pages (4 pages — Offshore Staffing, EOR, BPO, Outsourcing) Same layout across all four. Company Size pages (3 pages — Starting, Scaling, Enterprise) Same layout across all three. NAVIGATION The site has a multi-level navigation with three mega-menus (Solutions, Build Your Team, Industries) and two standard dropdowns (Resources, About). This needs to be built cleanly in Elementor with a mobile hamburger menu that expands into accordion sub-menus. FORMS We use HubSpot for lead capture. There are 7 HubSpot embed forms across the site. We provide the embed codes — you place them in the correct pages.
